Just because a person can "sang" and has a few nice songs doesn't mean they are anointed and doesn't even mean that they are even saved. Does he look like someone who is serious about his calling as a gospel singer or someone that is trying to be the Christian version of Prince. I mean look at Deitrick Haddon above, he looks like a a straight up CLOWN in that picture.
People need to stop being these folks fans and worshipping them and get some discernment and stop being so darn gullible. No one is saying that these artists should be airing their dirty laundry, but really, if you are going to be a so-called 'minister' of the gospel then you have to be held accountable! We are forever giving celebrities, be it Christian or not, a pass, but when a regular person does these same things we crucify them all day long. We must do better and be an example as the body of Christ I have stuff in my own life that God is dealing with me on getting into someone's else personal life isn't helping me nor helping my walk with God. I love the articles on the EEW site, it deals with real issues from a godly perspective. The body of Christ deals with real issues but I think encouraging each other, praying for each other and acting in wisdom and walking in the Spirit is the best approach. All of this talk garners more and more fleshy talk. What is the motive, other than just being in the flesh? If He has a grievance with Isaac Carree, He should address it privately. As a minister of God, you shouldn't be speaking about someone else and your private life on social media in this manner. Whatever Dietrick Haddon is offended about, I pray God heals His heart. Our hearts are not trash cans for mess, scandals, controversies, etc. If we really care about their ministries, I think we should pray for all parties concerned.
All this does is give our flesh something to talk about. I honestly don't think they owe us an explanation. Thus far, Damita Haddon continues to keep silent on this controversial matter, while supporters of the ministries of these artists are left reeling. Instead, he was hoping to have news of the alleged affair leaked to the public. The lingering questions, unfortunately for Carree, create an "elephant in the room" scenario, which creates an environment given to open speculation and conspiracy theories-the last thing he needs right now while attempting to promote new music.Īccording to a post on Jawn Murray's website, he has maintained a friendship with all parties involved, but Haddon had no desire to complete an “on-the-record” interview. Though Carree has chosen to issue a succinct statement containing within it a refusal to discuss the matter further, the unresolved controversy could potentially hurt his ministry. “This will be the only statement that I will make regarding this situation,” he said. Still, I pray God’s best for him and his family,” said the artist who is presently promoting his latest single, “Clean This House”-a song that admits wrongdoing and asks for sanctification and cleansing from sin.įor any of Carree’s ministry supporters who were hoping to hear from him the details of what took place, it doesn’t appear that this will likely ever happen. “While I have no desire to drag these personal conversations into a public forum, he and I both know what the truth is. Still, Carree is not comfortable disclosing the nature of those private discussions. “It saddens me that he would seek to engage in mudslinging with me, especially because he and I have spoken openly and honestly about this, even long before his allegations.” I, as well as my wife, are both shocked and confused by Deitrick’s actions,” Carree said. “It has been brought to my attention that Deitrick Haddon recently made some very hurtful statements about me. In an exclusive statement to media personality Jawn Murray, which is posted on his website, the “In the Middle” crooner addresses what he calls Haddon’s “mudslinging,” while neither confirming nor denying wrongdoing. Deitrick Haddon’s public Facebook post accusing Isaac Carree of an adulterous affair with ex-wife Damita Haddon, has drawn the accused out of his neutral corner-well, sort of.
